Paper Craft Planet and Marks Finest Papers...

Mark's Finest Papers gave us a challenge -- create a project, any project, but it must feature circles. We were up for the task.

The Supernovas are all using stamps from Mark's Finest Papers.

Can't get too much more circle themed than a circle card. :) I actually did this card with last weeks MFP challenge (diecuts) in mind but ended up holding it back for today. I got to work with the Chicken Scratch set. Be prepared to see this chicken wire stamp used alot because I LOVE it! I've actually been wanting a chicken wire stamp for years and I'm so happy I have one now! (squeal) The chickie is from the Create A Critter Cricut cartridge.

This next card was more of a challenge I issued myself. The Chicken Scratch set is adorable with its roosters and chicken images, but I wanted to see if I could use it in a way other than that. Keeping with the circle theme I think this card does just that. I stamped the chicken wire stamp and cut various circles out. They're all mounted on pop dots.

This last card I had a blast coloring the rooster image in with my colored pencils. My youngest didn't think he should have green in him, but what does he know....city boy! LOL! We actually had chickens when I was growing up but I can't say I really remember what colors they were specifically. I just knew I wanted him to be colorful. There is that chicken wire again. ;)

OK, now it's your turn! Make a card with a circle on it and you could win the Apples and Camellia Stamp Set from Mark's Finest Papers. All you need to do is tag your card "mfp01" and upload it to the Planet. We'll be keeping an album for everyone that shows off all the entries so far!
