Stampendous Catalog Week: Snowbird Altered Art

Welcome back for Day 4 of Stampendous Catalog Release Week! Today I'm sharing one of my favorite stamps...Snowbird Cling. 


Supplies Used:
May Arts ribbon
Versamark & Memento ink (Tsukineko)
Distress Ink Broken China and Faded Jeans (Ranger)
Copics
Glossy Accents (Ranger)
wood blank and stand
acrylic paint
sheet music


Directions:
1. Adhere sheet music to wood blank. Sand edges. 
2. Apply Distress ink to sheet music with a blending tool. Splatter water and allow to dry to achieve white splotches. 
3. Stamp bird image. Color and cut out. Adhere to sheet music. 
4. Ink edges of wood piece with Versamark and add layers of Shabby Blue Embossing Powder and Silver Crushed Glass Glitter. 
5. Apply Glossy Accents to berries and allow to dry. 
6. Embellish with ribbon.

I love how your fuzzy little bird just pops off the page even though you did not add any foam dots underneath and the pale blue undertone for the whole project is just perfect.
