holiday cheer...

Only 10 more days to Christmas! Ok, everyone say it with me...AGHHHHHH!!!!!! Feel better? me neither, LOL! I just found out that the boys holiday concert is tomorrow. So after I post this card I'm off to go figure out if they have anything with holiday colors in their closets. Do you think green camo will work? (wink)

This card actually was for a few challenges. PaperCraft magazine's Cath Edvalson hosts a blog called Moxie Fab World. Awesome awesome blog filled with lots of inspiration, eye candy and challenges. What rock have I been under that I missed that they had challenges? This weeks challenge #4 MFW is to use any of the following wilderness icons (owl, mushroom, deer, gnome) to create a card, project, etc. I just love this little deer. I cut him out by hand using a dingbat as a template.

Also Bitten by the Bug is an awesome challenge blog out there for Cricut users. The challenge was to use yellow, green, pink and blue, a star and obviously a cricut cartridge. I used the damask shape from Home Accents, cut it in half and rearranged the pieces.

supplies used:
stamps: PaperTrey Ink
cardstock: Prism
jump ring: Making Memories
