floral fun....

Today's card is one that I did this month for Lizzie Anne Designs using the Fun to be Floral set. I had so much fun playing around with this set. It comes with a variety of flowers, sentiments and stems. You get to create your flower however you want it. I decided I wanted the sentiment to run up the stem. In order to do that, I masked off the section for the sentiment with a 1 inch piece of scrap paper. I stamped my stem over that, peeled off the scrap paper and using a stamp positioner I stamped the sentiment.

You can see how the card reveals an extra sentiment under the flower image. I simply punched a hole in the flower layer and the plaid mat paper. Tie a ribbon to hold the 2 layers together. simple, but kinda fun!
