I stamped the image on watercolor paper. Added a wash of blue paint. Using a variety of pattern paper scraps I paper pieced the flowers. The background cardstock was created by cutting out some flowers using the Cricut in the same cardstock color and adhering them to the card base. This is a simple way to give a faux embossed effect.
