Can you believe we woke up to snow flurries AGAIN here. I can't remember a winter when we've seen this much snow. We still have snow piles from a few blizzards ago! (sigh) All this snow has me wishing spring could hurry up and get here, so you might just need some sunglasses for these next bright spring-themed projects.
Lizzie Anne Designs March Mix is available for sneak peeks. Lucky You has a mix of great Easter/spring themed images and sentiments. For this card, I randomly stamped the bee hive image on the cardbase. I went in and added a bit of white highlights with a gel pen. The tree image was stamped on watercolor paper and colored in with Koh-i-noor pencils and baby oil.
This next project uses a combination of sets; Birthday Banners, Fanciful Flourishes and Card Quotations. I stamped the flourishes on the book and the embossed with Stampendous Crystal EP. Love the sparkle it gives. Using a Versamark pen I was able to add some of the Crystal EP to the flower centers too. The grass was cut using the Easter Cartridge from Provo Craft.

Love these, Wendy! The bee tree is adorable with that blue sky behind it...and more monochromatic, sparkly card is just beautiful!
