It's time for February's Lizzie Anne Designs DT Challenge! This month we're all using the weekly sketch for our inspiration. I used Birthday Banners for the cupcake and the border strip. To create the border, I stamped the back of the cardstock with the flower, cut away the flowers and then embossed the front with crystal embossing powder.
