Hope everyone is having a festive and safe 4th of July! We're having a relaxing weekend, hanging out with the kids and maybe doing a bit of painting. :)
Today's card is one I made for Lizzie Anne Designs using July's Mix Simply Sweet. As you've probably guessed by now, I LOVE that butterfly stamp! This time I stamped it on cardstock, colored it with copics and cut it out. To create the antenna I placed some embroidery floss behind it.
To create the circle design, I used a piece of scrap paper with a circle cut out as a stencil to add some ink to the card. With the stencil still in place I stamped the line stamp both horizontally and vertically to create a plaid design.
supplies used: Lizzie Anne Designs (Life is Good & Simply Sweet stamp sets), Cricut (Tie The Knot), Basic Grey pattern paper

Very cool card. I like how you stenciled that subtle patterned circle in the center, and the stitching around the edge of the card. Must have been fun cutting out all the flowers and butterfly, but it makes for a very pretty card! Happy 4th!
