Woo hoo! Its the weekend...Party Time! Not really partying, but just looking forward to being able to relax. I think this is the last weekend of summer vacation that we don't have a billion things to do.
Today's card is another one that I created for In Style Stamps using one of their Day In The Life images. The image is of a mother and daughter shopping in front of a shop Christmas window display. I wanted to use them as if they're birthday shopping so I cut out the images.
supplies used:
stamps: In Style Stamps ( A Day In The Life)
pattern paper: Colorbok
coloring medium: Copics
I'm entering this in the following challenges:
Drunken Stampers- Diva
Stamp Something- Digi Day
Digital Tuesday- Use your Scraps
Create4Fun Challenge: Birthday card
Your Next Stamp Challenge: Summer colors

Stunning!! All that cutting is *amazing*! I love that you used this for a birthday image - I never would have thought of that!
Wow, I LOVE the way you used the pops of color in their outfits to move your eye to and from your background color tiles! Charming image, beautifully colored, and kudos to you for the careful trimming. Have you tried the Fiskars Fingertip Control Craft Knife that fits on your index finger? I LOVE it for this kind of trimming. WONDERFUL card!
Cute! Great design! :)
This is awesome! I love the image! And love the card design!
That is a really sweet card! Love the images!

Wow! Look at your coloring! Awesome! Enjoy your last weekend before school starts. We just had our first weekend after school started and it is great to relax after a busy week.
This is beautiful! Your coloring is amazing and I love the image!
Thanks so much for playing along at digital tuesday!!
Darling! Love your design in the back... and very clever to cut the images out and multi-purpose them!
This is fabulous and such perfect colors, love this card!
Wendy, what an eye-catching card. I like the black bkgrnd and those scraps of dp used in that sketch layout. It is so cool!
Great use of scraps, especially with the rounded corner, makes them look so different. I love digi images and a chance to use up those scraps with the Digital Tuesday challenge was great. Now I'm enjoying looking at what others made - such inspiration!
