My youngest is my nature boy! He loves to head to the river to go fishing, but not just to fish. He really loves to just walk along the river edge and see what he can find. Frogs, dragonfly nymph cases, baby snapping turtles...its all amazing to him.
supplies used: Stampendous (Cling Jumbo Butterfly Pair, Dandelion Wish )
embossing powder: Stampendous
ink: Distress Ink
I stamped the flowers in clear embossing powder on white cardstock. Next I wiped blue and green distress inks over the images. The clear emboss acts as a resist. The butterflies were stamped in brown and colored with Distress Inks. I added white dots with a gel pen. The antenna are simply thread adhered behind the butterfly... so much easier than cutting the antenna out of paper.

Wonderful page, Wendy. What a handsome young man with an impish smile! He sounds so much like my oldest. They'd probably have so much to talk about. Love the dandelions and butterflies on this page.
Gorgeous page Wendy! Love the combo of the 2 sets and the resist technique on the BG. Your little one is a doll!
