Hi everyone! Today I'm sharing a few cards I made for Kreaxions. This first one uses Butterfly Punch 604.
To create the butterflies, I inked up a sheet of cardstock with yellow, oranges, reds and green Distress Inks. Next I splattered water over it and allowed it to dry. The water reacts with the Distress Inks and pulls the color away...cool effect! All that was left to do was punch the butterflies and arrange them on my card.
I stamped a sentiment from the Stampendous set Garden Beauty (SSC1113) on vellum, layered it over the butterflies and stitched it on the cardstock.
This next card used Kreaxions punch #304 and a few of my favorite Stampendous stamps (Whoop it Up SSC1108 & Ranunculus Field) I colored the flowers in with Copics and added a bit of shimmer with glitter. The sentiment was stamped in Versamark and embossed with Lettuce Embossing Powder.
Be sure to stop back Saturday for a July 4th Blog Hop!

This is really a beautiful creation with all the colors!
Both these cards are beautiful, but the butterfly card is really striking! I always like the vellum overlay effect.
Wendy, I absolutely love your butterfly card! The colors are so pretty with the vellum on top. Your ranunculous card is stunning! Have you ever been to the Flower Fields in Carlsbad? I linked to it a few days ago on my blog...it's one of my favorite places.
Happy 4th!
That first one is just WOW!!!
