supplies used: Skipping Stones Design (Pumpkin Seed Sentiments, Healing Wings), Copics, Stampendous white Embossing Powder, gems, ribbon
To create the background panel, I colored in a square with a rainbow of Copic colors. Next I embossed a background design in white over the rainbow colors.
