Our first set from Megan Suarez this month is the gorgeous new Dream in Color. We love the gorgeous style of this flower, and we think you will, too.
As soon as I saw this flower, I knew it would be perfect for creating a wood burned bangle with! Its whimsical lines make it very forgiving for wood burning.
I stamped the flower in light dye ink on the DIY Bangle and then used that as a guide to wood burn. Next I added color with Sharpies and acrylic paint. When I was happy with the design, I added a wash of antiquing glaze and finished it off with a water based sealer.
Dream in Color is a 3x4 set that includes a total of 2 stamps and will sell for $9.00. The new stamps will be available on Saturday, April 27th at 11pm.
