Schools out and summer is here! Today's layout is one featuring Clear Scraps 12 x 12 Blank Acetate Sheets and Banner Mixers. I pulled out a handful of red and blue paper rings that I had sitting on my desk from a previous project and arranged them randomly in a diagonal on a sheet of 12 x 12 Blank Acetate.
A Banner Mixer was used for the title. Goosebumps Matte gives the Banner a bit of texture while remaining transparent.
I used paper tape/washi tape around the border of the Acetate Sheet to finished it off.
