This month's challenge for Crafters Companion is Add Some Sparkle! I pulled out the new Moonbeam Meadows Peace Angel stamp set to create this card. This stamp is in the Moonbeam Meadows Christmas Collection but it would make an adorable baby card too!
The background was created by dripping alcohol inks and blending solution on High Gloss Cardstock. Using a star stencil, I added Dreamweavers Translucent Paste and sprinkled glitter over it.
