Lucky Clear Scraps Banner

For Saint Patrick's Day and I created this LUCKY banner using Clear Scraps Small Chipboard Pennant Banner and Quaterfoil Mascil!

Instructions:

1. Paint chipboard with white acrylic paint. 
2. Apply green ink over Quatrefoil Mascil. 
3. Die cut alphabet letters, circles, and clover. Adhere to banner.
4. Embellish with ribbons.
