Have you seen the new Crafters Companion Sheena Embossing Plates? ((LOVE))
I thought the Ancient Arches folder would make a great cover for an album. To create the look, I covered a sheet of cardstock with Distress Inks, spritzed with water and then ran it through the embossing folder. Next I inked the top of the embossed image lightly with a blue pigment ink. I painted in bits of watered down white acrylic paint to create highlights.
I covered pieces of chipboard with the embossed images. The pages in the album were created by trimming down graph paper. I punched holes in the cover and pages and added office rings.
