Clear Scrap Clipboards...

Today I'm decorating one of the new Clear Scrap clipboards for summer! 

Here's a peek at the background before adding the stamped image and embellies. LOVE the effect of the compressed air and alcohol inks!

Instructions:

1. Drip alcohol inks on the back of the clipboard. Immediately spray with compressed air to move the ink and create patterns. 
2. When dry, paint white acrylic paint over the alcohol ink. 
3. Color metal clip with alcohol inks. 
4. Stamp mermaid, color with markers and cut out. 
5. Stamp sentiment and cut out. 
6. Paint anchor with modeling paste and acrylic paint. Heat with heat gun. This will make the paint bubble and create a distressed effect. 
7. Adhere stamped images, chipboard anchor and ribbons to the clipboard.
