some weekend cardmaking

Well this is going to have to be a quick post because I'm trying to write this post in the middle of Survivor finale. Can't miss the finale!

I have been wanting to try one of Taylors Cupcake Challenges for a few weekends now, but just never seem to find enough time on the weekends. I was lucky to have the hubby watch the kids last night so I could head to the a crop at a LSS. I rarely go to crops, but it was a nice early mothers day treat. And I was able to start working on this card.

supplies used:
stamps: Inkadinkadoo
brads: Bazzill
papers: Daisy D

This next card is for the Rubbernecker challenge this week of masking. I stamped the jack-in-the-box twice, once to use as a mask. I cut random size circles out of a piece of scrap paper and chalked inside the edges of the circle, using the stamped mask to protect the image.

supplies used:
stamp: Rubbernecker
stickers: Heidi Swapp

I love the color combination you used on the Cupcake Challenge. I am always looking for inspiration, I didn't realize there were so many challenges out there. Great card!
