Do you all remember that cute little Lizzie Anne froggie stamp from the Once Upon a Time set? Well here he is again, this time paired with his great love the princess in that set. I love the look of simple white backgrounds for cards, but have a hard time pulling it off. I always seem to just need to add one more thing, and then one more thing. You know how that goes. In the end I have a card with three layers, a nice big bow and more, LOL! The inspiration for this card came from a challenge that Tricia issued over on the Lizzie Anne Designs blog.... using white space in your cards.
To create the card, I stamped the frog, masked him off and then stamped the princess. The images were colored in with colored pencils and OMS. The hearts and sentiments are cut from Basic Grey and Creative Imaginations rub-ons. And to add a bit of texture, well actually its to cover up a rub-on gone bad but sshhhhhh don't tell, I added a gingham ribbon.
