SSD Feature Friday and Giveaway

If you're popping in from the Skipping Stones Design blog....welcome! Today I'm sharing a Congratulations card that I made using the newest Skipping Stones Design set, Breathtaking Butterflies. Keep reading because I have a prize for one lucky winner!

I stamped the butterfly image first in Archival Jet Black ink and then stamped in Versamark with the solid butterfly image. While the Versamark was still wet, I added embossing powder and heated. Here you can see the effect of the embossed butterflies.

Giveaway: One of my favorite stamp sets is Holy Carp. The sentiments crack me up!  I'm giving away a set to one lucky random commenter. So be sure to leave a comment here. I'll keep the contest open until June 18th midnight EST and announce the winner the next day on my SSD Tuesday Challenge. Good luck!

Your card is fantastic! I often put clear embossing over my black stamped images, but rarely think about stamping a second time with the VersaMark! Thanks! And I love that Holy Carp set, too! Cracks me up every time!

Such a pretty card! I love anything that is connected to nature...flowers/birds/butterflies... I have crochet some butterflies for a friend to stitch onto her hand made bags!

Very pretty! I am a very basic stamper, so it is always good to see some more advanced techniques.

(My apologies if this posts twice--I had encountered some error messages logging in.)
