Backgrounds with Clear Scrap Acrylic Borders...

I'm up on the Clear Scraps blog today with a tutorial on creating a fun background technique with acrylic borders. Check it out :) 

After creating the background paper, I inked up the acrylic border and used it as an embellishment on my page.
