Stampendous Sneak Peek Week- Day 6

Today's Stampendous Sneak Peek is a fun one that I created using Children's Play and mousetraps. Yep...mousetraps :)

Supplies Used
Stampendous (SSC1153 Childrens Play, R157 Bicycle Background , SSC1157 Carousel Circus)
Stampendous Black Glitter
May Arts Ribbon
Tsukineko Memento Ink
Ranger Distress ink
Copics
Glossy Accents
Making Memories word brads
burlap
black acrylic paint
mousetraps

Instructions
  1. Remove hardware and paint mousetraps.
  2. Stamp bicycle background on cardstock. Color with Distress inks. Trim and adhere to front of mousetrap.
  3. Stamp children images twice. Color. Cut out extra layer and adhere to image with foam adhesive. Coat in Glossy Accents to add stability.
  4. Replace hardware and embellish mousetrap with stamped ticket, burlap, ribbon and metal word brad.

This project is amazing on so many levels. First of all, mousetraps as clip holders! Brilliant! I'd much rather look at paper in the trap than a dead mouse! LOL! I said it once, and I'll say it again, you are the queen of fussy cutting!

You're so inventive, Wendy! These are really neat, and should be in a magazine. :)

Did you make out okay in the hurricane? We did not even lose power. I am amazed. Did you keep your power the whole time?
