a pinch for good luck...

Today's card is another that I made for Mark's Finest Papers using the new set Flourished SeaLife.  This week's Speedy the Cat challenge is Harvest. I think they meant it more as in fall harvest but I stretched it a bit to harvesting food. Yep, I've been watching too many episodes of Deadliest Catch. LOL! 


I paired it with the chicken wire from the Chicken Scratch stamp set to create the look of a crab trap. The crabs were stamped in brown in and colored with copics and pencils. I went in and gave them some white highlights with a gel pen. The last step was to ink the edges a bit with Antique Linen Distress Ink and give them a coat of Glossy Accents.
