12 Designers, 12 Amazing Projects, 5 Winners

The Supernovas are crazy for Spellbinders and we're having a blog hop to show off the new summer dies! Hop along with us and leave us some love and you could end up winning one of the new sets! We've hidden FIVE prizes among the Supernova's blogs, but no one knows which ones! Leave a comment on one or all of the Supernova blogs in order to win. The more you comment, the better your chances of winning. Blog comments will be open until Wednesday at 6pm EST. The lucky winners will be announced on the Paper Craft Planet blog on Wednesday night. (US residents only.)

I had the chance to work with Limited Edition Nested Fish. My youngest was super happy to see the fish dies. This kid is all about fishing. He has to be the only 6 yr old I know that when he gets money from the tooth fairy he's begging to go to Bass Pro Shop for new lures, LOL!

Since the Nested Fish are missing their fins we had to get a bit creative. I punched about 30 one inch circles from white cardstock and inked the edges blue. Next I glued them down in rows to create scales. A trick to making this easier...graph paper! I was able to line them up perfectly using the lines. Next I cut my customized "scale" paper with the nestie. I cut an additional fish out of aqua. This fish was trimmed right about the head section. A one inch circle fan folded was tucked under the head section to act as a fin.

Our Blog Hoppers are:

Here's a closeup up of the fish...

Happy Hopping!
